After her foot injury kept her out of dancing for a long time and coming back so fabulously, she hurt her hand at the Tower.

She has come out of plaster and promptly gone back into plaster for another 3 weeks. And horrible mum Christine told her it was only bruised!!! lol

Still at least she is getting all of her bad luck in one go!!!

Aww just saw this post   Rachael is hoping cast comes off on 20th . she is still stretching and practising but cant get doing anything properly but im sure when it comes off she will be straight back in there LOL knowing Rachael she will dance in Norway especially in her gorgeous solo and new slow cossie   Thanks Sheila & Peter  xx
